Terms and Conditions for Lavender&Laundry

Payment Terms:

• I will include an invoice with your laundry at drop off. Payment is expected within 24 hours of drop off by your preferred method of payment.

Inventory:

• I will take inventory of your items before taking care of your laundry. I will include all items in the invoice. I ask that you please count your items before packing them up to ensure that you get the correct items returned.

Packing Up Your Laundry:

• I ask that you pack your laundry into 13 gallon standard trash bags. Bags must be tied shut, not overstuffed stuffed and with no tears or rips.

• Any laundry picked up that isn’t placed in 13 gallon standard trash bags will be weighed before washing and charged per pound unless previously discussed.

Laundry Liability:

• I am not responsible for damaged or lost items, stains that could not be removed, or items left in pockets such as pens, receipts, food, etc.

Prohibited Items:

• Due to health and safety concerns I can not accept any items that have oils, blood, bugs, urine/fecal matter, or chemicals/hazardous fluids.

Gift Cards:

• Gift cards can be bought in any increment, can be applied to any standard service, and do not expire.

• Non-refundable. All gift cards are final sale and can not be refunded. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash.

• I am not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Changes To Any Pricing and Service:

• I reserve the right to make changes to pricing, services and policies at any time. All changes will always be clearly communicated with customers via my website/social media accounts and/or direct customer communication.

• Continuing to use my services after communication is acceptance of the new terms.
